Stop! That! Train! is the first feature-length film starring RuPaul and a cast of RuPaul’s Drag Race alums in an over-the-top, slapstick disaster comedy that parodies classic films like Airplane!.
The movie follows two train stewardesses who leave their dreary shifts on a budget railway to work on the luxurious Glamazonian Express. When a catastrophic super-storm threatens to derail the train and crash it into Los Angeles, the coach attendants must team up with snobby first-class staff and President Gagwell (RuPaul) to avert disaster.
Directed by Adam Shankman, the film features a massive star-studded cast, including RPDR alumni and cameos from Raven-Symoné, Sarah Michelle Gellar, and Joel McHale.
RuPaul will serve as President Gagwell, whose job is “to save the day in this wild ride of camp and comedy.”
Ginger Minj will play Tess, who’s one of the two main characters in Stop! That! Train!. Tess and her best friend, DeeDee, as two “train stewardesses who trade their dreary shifts on the Stank Rail for the glitzy Glamazonian Express.”
Paired with Ginger is Jujubee as DeeDee, her BFF. Having spent most of 2025 touring together on Hokus Pokus Live!, the BFF storyline will work like a charm for Juju and Ginger.
Symone and Brooke Lynn Hytes will star in this Drag Race movie as two “snobby first-class attendants.” Stop! That! Train! also features Marcia Marcia Marcia, Monet X Change, Latrice Royale, and more!
Stop! That! Train! opens in theaters on May 29, 2026.
