Now that Nene Leakes and Andy Cohen are on good terms again, there is a chance Nene will return to the Real Housewives of Atlanta.
Nene gave a status update on The Breakfast Club morning show.
Is Nene heading back to Bravo?
“We’re not in meetings,” explained Nene. However, “We did settle our dispute with each other.”
“I don’t know if I’ll go back to Housewives … I don’t know what that looks like for me. But, I won’t say never. If they have a check that’s got zero zero zero zero zero on the end, I may be back. I don’t know.”
The host asked if she and Andy came to “a financial settlement?” Nene replied, “I can’t say, but we did settle.”
Cynthia Erivo wants Nene back on Bravo:
The star of Wicked thinks Real Housewives of Atlanta should “bring Nene back.”
“I am a Nene Leakes fan. I love her. Where is she? Bring her back!” Cynthia continued The Housewives are “very honest.”
Nene Leakes agreed with Cynthia Erivo … she should return to Real Housewives of Atlanta! TMZ caught up with the RHOA alum and asked her reaction to hearing the Wicked star is a fan. “I love” Cynthia, gushed Nene.
“So many people were sending it to me – inboxing me- what Cynthia had said.” Breaking the 4th wall, Nene looked at the camera. “Cynthia. I love you so much.”
She quipped, “Thank you, and I totally agree.” While Nene was flattered by Cynthia Erivo’s compliment, the Broadway powerhouse isn’t the only star to love The Housewives. “Honestly, so many people watch. So many stars. Big stars watch Real Housewives. They really do.”
Nene continued, “It was a pleasure to see that Cynthia loved the Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Playfully, she noted Cynthia Erivo “In particular, loved Nene Leakes.”
“I don’t know” if I’d go back to RHOA. “If the opportunity was right and the check was on point, why not?!”
