Sonja Morgan is in your city Palm Beach!
The former Real Housewives of New York bombshell is trading the mean streets of the Upper East Side for the palm-tree lined streets of West Palm Beach.
The New York Post broke the exclusive story of Sonja’s Palm Beach pad.
Sonja’s New Home
“The West Palm Beach condo, a cozy 1,170-square-foot unit, boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a balcony with waterfront views.”
The Upper East Side townhouse that we fell in love with during Sonja’s tenure on the franchise was 5,500-square-foot, five levels and featured five bedrooms, six bathrooms and an elevator.
In 2023, the West Palm Beach condo was listed for $910,000, however Sonja scored the home for 300,000 less than the original asking price. After all, we know Sonja Morgan loves a deal!
According to the Post, Sonja’s new โmove-in readyโ residence comes fully furnished and offers touches like coffered ceilings and a tempered glass shower.
Building amenities include a full-time doorman, a club room, an expansive pool and a gym.
We are so happy for Sonja and this new chapter!
Fans of the beloved OG RHONY journeyed through the highs and lows of the townhouse. From lawsuits, co-stars and lovers alike moving in, to Heather Thompson begin kicked out, the UES townhouse will be a relic to what once was.
The new owners of the Upper East Side townhome scored the home in May during auction for $4.59 million.
I still think someone from the Bravo universe should have purchased her townhouse and made it a museum. Just think how iconic it would be to have a Bravo pop-up at the scene of so many crimes?? A girl can dream!
So long as no one touches the Morgan letters, I think it could still work. Bravo, let us know if you need creative direction.
