Shep Rose has a soft spot for Amanda Batula.
The Southern Charm star revealed to Page Six Radio that amid the fallout from Amanda’s romance with West Wilson, he nearly reached out to the Summer House star.
“I almost texted Amanda and just said, ‘Hey,’” Shep began.
“I like her, and she’s been nothing but nice to me.”
Shep said he wanted to tell Amanda that while the drama may feel like “the weight of the world,” it’s really only relevant to “a small sample size” of people.
Ultimately, he decided against sending the text because he didn’t want to insert himself into the situation.
“The worst part about this being on TV and stuff is the gossip mill,” the Southern Charm star admitted.
“I’m like, isn’t there more important things in the world? But I get it.”
ICYMI: The Southern Charm and Summer House casts were previously at odds following Craig Conover and Paige DeSorbo’s split.
The casts rallied behind their respective friends, creating a divide that only grew larger amid Craig and Kyle Cooke’s canned cocktail feud.
Now, it seems like everyone’s back on good terms.
