The cast of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives are leveling up in a major way!
According to Deadline, Jen Affleck, Jessi Draper, Taylor Frankie Paul, Miranda Hope, Whitney Leavitt, Mikayla Matthews, Mayci Neeley, and Layla Taylor have all been granted executive producer credits for Season 4 — and likely beyond, as Season 5 has already been ordered.
An executive producer credit typically includes a per-episode fee on top of talent salaries, signaling both financial upside and increased creative influence for the women at the center of MomTok.
Notably absent from both the executive producer list and the Season 4 cast photo is Demi Engemann.
She’s reportedly been downgraded to a “friend” role rather than a full-time cast member, though she does appear in the upcoming season’s trailer.
The ousted Mormon wife also seems to be pivoting toward music, with footage showing her in the recording studio.
Season 4 continues to follow the women as they enter new chapters.
Taylor Frankie Paul steps into the spotlight as The Bachelorette, Jen Affleck and Whitney Leavitt head to Dancing with the Stars, Jessi Draper navigates relationship struggles, and Mayci Neeley embarks on a book tour.
It’s honestly refreshing to see the cast gain more control over how their stories are told, especially given how much of their real lives and families they share on camera.
However, I can’t help but wonder if becoming producers is more harmful than good in terms of storyline…
The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives returns March 12, with all ten episodes dropping on Hulu.
