Scheana Shay and Lala Kent aren’t exactly in bestie mode right now.
The Vanderpump Rules stars have been throwing subtle jabs at one another over the last few weeks — and fans are still trying to piece together the root of the tension.
It started when Scheana admitted on her podcast that she was disappointed by Lala’s lack of public support for her memoir, My Good Side.
Lala responded on Amazon Live, brushing it off as Scheana just being Scheana in the press — but that didn’t sit well.
Speaking with Page Six at the Virtual Reali-Tea 2025 Awards, Summer’s mom made it clear she isn’t vibing with Lala’s comments.
“You know, I didn’t really like that if I can be honest,” she said. “It’s the subtle digs that I see and I’m like, ‘I don’t really like that.’”
The VPR star also added that Lala needs to take accountability:
“She’s not taking accountability for why Scheana is Scheana-ing at the moment.”
Some think this rift is nothing more than The Valley season 3 storyline fodder.
Still, it hasn’t gone unnoticed that Lala has been present at more cast-wide events than Scheana lately.
