Lala Kent is setting the record straight on where she stands with Scheana Shay.
During an Amazon Live, a viewer asked if Scheana skipped out on her daughter Sosa’s birthday party — fueling rumors the longtime BFFs had hit a rough patch.
In addition to missing the party, Scheana mentioned she was upset over Lala’s lack of promotion for her memoir My Good Side.
Lala addressed it head-on:
“I’m going to talk about how I feel about Scheana. I don’t know where her head is at. Scheana is my friend, I love her — I love her family. She is like family to me.”
She admitted she hadn’t listened to Scheana’s podcast, but had seen the headlines floating around.
Lala gave Scheana the benefit of the doubt, assuming any venting was harmless and that the media blew it out of proportion for clicks.
As for Scheana missing Sosa’s birthday? Lala clarified her BFF was invited but couldn’t make it because she had a prior commitment in Las Vegas.
“For me, all is good,” Lala assured fans.
Still, some viewers are convinced the tension is being exaggerated — or maybe even staged — to set up a storyline for Season 3 of The Valley.
