Scheana Shay claims Jax Taylor didn’t “only” receive mental health treatment. Also, she worries Brittany Cartwright‘s custody issue will be difficult like Lala’s issues with Randall Emmett.
Mental health treatment or rehab?
During an episode of the Scheananigans podcast, Kiki Monique asked the Vanderpump Rules star if she has sympathy and/or empathy for Jax’s mental health journey.
The VPR OG responded cryptically. “Look. If that was the only reason he sought treatment, yes.”
ICYMI, a rep for the The Valley’s villain released a carefully crafted statement. “Jax has always been candid about his mental health struggles, especially during the past few months on his podcast. He has made the decision to seek in-patient treatment.”
Notice the wording: Jax was candid about mental health struggles … he made the decision to seek in-patient treatment. It never said he went to a mental health facility, fyi.
The custody issue:
Scheana doesn’t have a lot of faith in Jax, but she wants the best for him … for Cruz and Brittany’s sake.
“I hope he’s on the right meds and [getting] the right therapy. Just, doing what’s best – not just for himself, but for his kid. Obviously, him and Brittany are done. But, I just want her to be at peace. I don’t want her to have to deal with Crazy Jax and fighting for custody.”
Speaking of custody battles, Scheana doesn’t want Lala and Ocean’s history to repeat for Brittany and Cruz. “I just don’t want Brittany to have to deal with the same thing.”
TMZ obtained court documents that show “Brittany is going with irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.” Brittany and Jax have one child together, their 3-year-old son Cruz. “Brittany’s seeking primary legal and physical custody … but is open to visitation for Jax.”
