Scheana Shay is addressing where she currently stands with her “friend” Janet Caperna.
The Vanderpump Rules alum responded to a fan-submitted question asking what happened between the two and why Janet recently unfollowed her on Instagram.
“You guys notice the things that I don’t even notice,” Scheana began on the Sept. 25 episode of Scheananigans.
“I have a lot of followers and that’s not something I noticed,” she continued.
While Scheana didn’t spill the full story or give specifics about their apparent friendship fallout, it’s pretty clear the two haven’t been on the best of terms for quite some time.

Scheana previously expressed frustration with Janet after learning she had discussed Brock Davies’ alleged past infidelity with Brittany Cartwright.
Cut to The Valley Season 3 reunion, and Janet and Scheana found themselves at odds once again.
Janet pushed back on the idea that she was the ringleader behind digging up information about Jesse Lally’s girlfriend, Lacy Nicole.
Scheana, however, claimed it was all “Detective Janet.”
Now, Scheana is hinting that boundaries may have played a role in the distance between them.
“There are a number of people who I’ve set boundaries with in the past year in my life and not everyone responds well to those boundaries,” Scheana explained on her podcast.
It’s also worth noting that Janet has grown considerably closer to Lala Kent since Lala joined The Valley in its third season.
Lala and Scheana have also recently experienced their own friendship fallout, with tension surrounding discussions of Brock’s past infidelity becoming part of the larger drama.
So, sounds like there may be a lot more to the Scheana and Janet story — and knowing SchSchu, we’ll probably hear more about it on Scheananigans eventually.
