Just weeks after actor Patrick Muldoon’s untimely passing, Us Weekly reported details of his death certificate.
New information:
Patrick’s immediate cause of death was myocardial infarction, commonly known as a heart attack.
The underlying causes included hereditary coagulation disorder, a genetic condition that impairs the blood’s ability to form clots properly.
Pulmonary embolism was also listed as an underlying cause, which is a blood clot that travels to and blocks a vital artery, or the lungs.
The Days of Our Lives and Melrose Place actor was ultimately cremated on April 28, according to the death certificate released by LA’s Department of Public Health.
