RHONJ‘s Dolores Catania confirmed that she’s appearing on the upcoming Real Housewives of Rhode Island.
Dolo’s role on RHORI:
In an interview with Newsweek, Dolores teased, “You’ll see some of me on it.” With a wink and a smile, she continued, “A little cameo here and there.”
Dolores’ statement gave “friend of” energy, not main character energy. But, nothing has been confirmed.
This summer, Dolores posted about her time in RI. “There’s just something about Rhode Island that makes you slow down and truly breathe. Thank you for all the immense love I received from everyone here. Can’t wait to be back next summer.”
What we know so far:
In May, Bravo announced that the show would involve a “tight-knit” circle of women from Rhode Island who have “deep community roots and families that go back generations.”
Bravo TV’s announcement stated, “With aspirational lives, thriving businesses, and tangled family dynamics, these decade-long friendships prove that in a state this small, there’s no escaping your past … or each other.”
Andy Cohen dished, “They are very Italian.”
“Rhode Island is such a small state, and they all kind of know each other and overlap. It’s an incredible group of women who have really interesting connections. I think it’s really going to surprise people.”
With no release date, it’s unclear when viewers will get to see the first season of Real Housewives of Rhode Island. There’s speculation it could be announced at Bravocon, although no official word from the network … yet.
