Kenya Moore may have the last laugh when it comes to the Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s 16th season.
Thanks to TV Deets for the data.
The numbers:
Episode 4 of season 16 of RHOA hit a “new series low” with the 18-49 year old demographic. There were only 560,000 reported viewers.
However, Kelli Ferrell (an RHOA newbie this year) was on Watch What Happens Live after episode 4. Viewership for the WWHL episode were high considering how many people opted to watch other shows in the 8pm time slot.
Kelli’s appearance garnered 322,000 viewers.
Let’s put that into perspective …
Let’s crunch some Clubhouse data …
RHOA, during its heydey, was one of the most-viewed Real Housewives franchises out there. Since Real Housewives of New Jersey is another historically ‘most viewed’ shows, let’s see how their WWHL appearances compare data-wise.
During the most recent RHONJ season, Margaret Josephs’ WWHL appearance earned 172,000 viewers. Dolores Catania’s appearance got 286,000 views. Additionally, Melissa Gorga’s WWHL appearance received 286,000 views. The RHONJ star who racked up the most WWHL viewers was Teresa Giudice who had 453,000 people tune in.
Friendly reminder, Kelli Ferrell’s Clubhouse appearance got 322,000 viewers to tune in. More people watched Kelli’s WWHL episode than any of the established RHONJ cast members, except for Teresa.
I don’t see the RHOA ratings getting better this season …
This data came BEFORE the alleged ‘revenge porn’ display that Kenya concocted after Brit Eady threatened the use of a “pistol” twice on camera.
Kenya was edited out of the season, while Brit got off scot-free. Fans are p*ssssssed. Team Twirl has threatened to quit watching until Kenya gets justice.
