Matthew Byars passed away at age 37. The Real Housewives of Potomac‘s friend of Karen Huger‘s cause of death has yet to be revealed.

Matthew’s most iconic RHOP moment:
Introduced to Bravo TV fans as Karen Huger’s assistant, Matthew was an integral part of her management team. Most famously, Matthew appeared in Huger’s infamous season 3 “press conference” scene.
Matthew was tasked with supporting The Grand Dame as she attempted to denounce negative rumors about her financial status.
Never forget, Matt supported Karen in the RHOP Season 4 premiere as she received a peace offering (homemade cookies) from her frenemy, Gizelle Bryant.
