Rachel Leviss worries her case will be the next Johnny Depp and Amber Heard trial. During an episode of the Rachel Goes Rogue podcast, her lawyer, Matt Geragos, discussed her lawsuit against her former paramour, Tom Sandoval.

The former Vanderpump Rules personality asked, “Is our case going to go to trial?”
“Great question,” replied Matt Geragos. “Not if they’re smart.” Raquel/Rachel/Rocky Bang Bang worries that her trial would be the scale of an A-List actor’s of 30+ years.
“It would be just my luck that this would turn into like a Johnny Depp amber heard public court case. Where people are like tuning in and reading every few hours.”
“Well, that would really be the ultimate irony Reality TV or reality courtroom TV mirroring or flowing the reality,” added Matt. “That’s really kind of a next-level game of TV Rubik’s Cube.”

Rachel’s case against Tom Sandoval:
“On March 4, 2023, production directed Leviss to film with Sandoval at her Los Angeles apartment. With cameras rolling, Leviss confronted Sandoval for secretly recording, pornographic videos of her and storing them unprotected on his phone.”
“Sandoval had not only invaded her privacy and breached her trust, but it also left her enormously vulnerable to a nightmare scenario of the videos leaking on the internet.”
