Porsha Williams has scored a major win in her divorce from Simon Guobadia.
TMZ reports the RHOA star was awarded a seven-figure divorce settlement and ownership of the Atlanta mansion she once shared with Simon.
According to court documents, Porsha says Simon transferred his interest in the home to her through a quitclaim deed.
As part of the agreement, Simon also agreed that Porsha is entitled to $1,568,181.63 in reimbursement from his share of the property’s equity.
She was also awarded the title to a 2021 Rolls-Royce Ghost.
Additionally, the agreement gives Porsha full authority to refinance or sell the home in a commercially reasonable manner without Simon or an arbitrator being involved.
Court documents state the former couple confirmed the settlement terms under oath during an August 5 hearing, telling the judge the agreement resolved all remaining issues.
Porsha also noted in her filing that Simon had already agreed to the terms of the consent order.
However, Simon made it clear on Instagram that he’s not losing sleep over the outcome.
“They forgot to mention they also inherited $8,000,000 in debt & still got to pay me. Being debt-free is my flex,” he wrote on Aug. 7.
ICYMI: Porsha and Simon tied the knot in November 2022. Porsha filed for divorce just 15 months later, in February 2024.
