Porsha Williams and Brit Eady responded to Toya Bush Harris‘s comments about the Real Housewives of Atlanta cast’s physical appearances.
ICYMI, the Married To Medicine star was a guest on Virtual Reali Tea and was asked if she watched the season premiere of RHOA. She answered, “There was a loooot of botox and fillers. I am not mad … I saw Nicki Minaj on there; I saw Lil Kim.”
She poked fun at a RHOA cast member’s hair and another’s smile.
Brit clapped back at Toya’s shady comments:
“It’s unfortunate the ladies from M2M look to tear our show down, but always want support from the black community. Lead by example.”
“It gives MEAN GIRLS or salty because Phaedra is gone off their show. I still wish them well regardless of the hate.”
Porsha popped off:
“To be honest, the girls from RHOA have always supported the other Black shows on the network, and for me definitely Married To Medicine. To see [Toya] as a black woman talk about the features and pick apart Atlanta is really kind of sad.”
“We may shade one another on our show, but we keep it in the house. We haven’t been out here tearing down someone else’s. Let’s do better. Let’s all win❤️.”
Porsha hit a nerve with Toya:
Toya wasn’t having it. In response to Porsha’s post, she wrote, “Girl, stop!”
“You called another woman [Kenya Moore] ashy. Not to mention, you were a tad shady to our franchise under a Phaedra [Parks] post. You and I both know how these interviews go.”
“I definitely stated a balanced view of the good and bad. Don’t jump on the bandwagon.”
… and regarding the Nicki Minaj comment:
Toya made it clear she doesn’t mind burning bridges with her fellow Bravolebrities, but she wants to make sure she’s on good times with the rapper.
“I am one of Nicki Minaj’s biggest fans. Nothing but love for her and her beauty. It’s not an insult to say these girls are trying to mimic her look with botox and fillers.” Toya even tagged Nicki to make sure she saw her comment.
