Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley and her estranged husband, Paul ‘PK’ Kemlsey have paid off their $300K mortgage debt.
According to The US Sun, Jagger and Phoenix’s parents pulled their $7.5m Los Angeles mansion out of pre-foreclosure.
Dorit and PK’s mortgage debt has been paid!
In November, news broke the couple missed “more than four months” of payments. A notice of default for the $6.5m home was first filed in October for $298,556.
Andy Cohen questioned her about the ruuuuhmmmurs and nastiness at the season 14 RHOBH reunion. In the preview, Dorit addressed the news. “Well, there are reports that it is in pre-foreclosure.”
“I had no idea about it. [PK] told me that they changed the rate, he was trying to get ahold of somebody, no one was returning his calls — that’s the way he does business. Until they give him his call back, he’s not going to pay. He resolved it. Listen, they ended up calling. That’s what he said.”
Dorit and the kids have remained in the family’s home. Meanwhile, PK has been living solo since the couple announced their separation. When he’s not in his hometown of London, he primarily resides at the Beverly Hills Hotel.
PK poked fun at the dialogue about him regarding where he resides:
After part 2 of the season 14 RHOBH reunion dropped, PK posted a photo teasing the drama about his living situation.
At the time, PK and Dorit weren’t being transparent about their relationship status or where PK lived. Between this and the evergreen rumors of the couple’s financials got people talking, in the 90210 and beyond.
Jennifer Tilly, a Real Housewives superfan, commented on the rumor. The Academy Award-nominated actress mentioned that the Beverly Hills Hotel might be out of PK’s price range.
The Bride of Chucky actress admitted she misspoke. She was only aware of the riiiiiiiiiich people section, the Bungalows … which are about $25k a night.
