Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dorit Kemsley’s estranged husband, PK Kemsley, is pushing back against his estranged wife’s claims in their ongoing divorce battle.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, PK responded to Dorit’s request for more than $40,000 per month in combined child and spousal support, arguing that the reality star earns more money than he does.
The businessman also made several allegations about Dorit’s handling of their two children. PK’s attorneys claimed Dorit “controls when, and whether, the children see their father” and has allegedly told him to “schedule time directly with the children.”
PK’s lawyers argued that arrangement is inappropriate, claiming Dorit has “taken them out of the state several times without consent” and left the children with her parents for weeks without allowing PK to care for them.
The filing further alleges that Dorit has “used access as leverage for money.”
PK also claimed Dorit denied him time with their children on Father’s Day 2025, allegedly keeping them with her parents instead.
According to PK, a similar situation happened the following year. He claimed Dorit again denied him time with the kids on Father’s Day but later posted an Instagram Story about “deadbeat dads,” which he said generated media coverage.
PK further alleged that Dorit regularly leaves the children with their nanny or her parents without allowing him to have them in his care.
The court filing also takes aim at Dorit’s recent travel. PK claimed she spent eight weeks in Europe, staying at luxury hotels while their children remained with her parents.
He alleged that Dorit then traveled to Ghana to attend RHOBH castmate Bozoma Saint John’s wedding before spending another week in Ibiza. PK argued that he should not be responsible for funding what he characterized as Dorit’s “lavish lifestyle” while their divorce and support dispute continue.
The allegations are PK’s claims in court and have not been established as facts.
