Selling Sunset‘s newest agent, Alanna Gold, lied about owning Pioneertown on season 8 of Netflix‘s chart-topping reality show.
During an episode of the season that dropped on Friday, September 6th, Alanna claimed she was the owner of the town. “I own a little western town in the desert. It’s called Pioneertown.”

An apology was requested from the residents of Pioneertown:
The townspeople said the gorgeous, high-end real estate agent’s claims are false.
Additionally, Alana’s lies “Belittle generations of artists, neighbors, nature lovers, community members, musicians, small business owners, and otherwise magnificent people of Pioneertown.”
Alanna was fact-checked in the post made by the town’s Instagram page. Also, Pioneertown “is privately owned by more than 100 independent parties. Ms. Gold has a small minority non-controlling interest in an entity that owns six of thirty-five parcels in the Mane Street area.”
They claim that only constitutes “Less than 1% of Pioneertown’s total 640 acres.” Lastly, The claim that she owns the ‘entire town’ is verifiably false” regarded the residents of the gorgeous area.
Pioneertown’s mayor entered the chat:
The Mayor of Pioneertown, Kurtis Saldivar, confirmed that Alanna lied on Selling Sunset. “I’m the mayor of pioneer town she definitely doesn’t own it.”
