Paulina Ben-Cohen filed a temporary restraining order against Mike Shouhed‘s former Shahs of Sunset co-star, Golnesa “GG” Gharachedaghi.

In documents obtained by People, “Ben-Cohen submitted a request for a temporary restraining order, claiming that Gharachedaghi assaulted her in a Los Angeles mall on Feb. 28.”
The allegations against GG:
According to Paulina’s legal findings, GG “approached her from behind while she was shopping at a Bloomingdale’s department store.” Allegedly, GG “forced her to exit the store for a conversation she wanted to take place out of sight of cameras.”
Then, Paulina claimed that GG “began recording her on her phone, hurling derogatory and offensive remarks,” including, “How does it feel to be a wh*re?, I’m going to f*ck you up, you will pay for this.”
A security guard (that GG called a ‘toy cop’ according to court docs) who “saw the way [GG] was threatening me” escorted her to her vehicle. But, the security guard “gave [Paulina] a blank stare and said something on his walkie-talkie.”
Mike’s then-fiancé felt “scared for my life.”
It didn’t stop there …
“I told [GG] just please walk away. Please leave me alone. She said, ‘No, I have been waiting for this day.’ She purposely kept the phone right in my face as she is screaming, I’m ‘a wh*re, you f*cking b*tch, I’m going to destroy you.'”
GG continued to shove her phone in her face until the security guard finally intervened. Paulina alleged that GG then “hit me in the face” before she grabbed her phone and threw it.
She alleged that GG’s “device wasn’t damaged and continued to beat her after she picked it up off the floor.” Paulina also claimed that Mike’s *then* fiance “grabbed a chunk of my hair and yanked it, as she grabbed my arm with her other hand.”
“Then [GG] tried slapping my face but I moved and it hit my arm. The security guard told her she needed to stop before the cops come and she claimed she did nothing wrong.”
GG was then allegedly held by the security guard so Paulina could safely make her exit. The filing claimed GG said, “I’m not done with you” to Paulina.
Paulina took legal action against GG:
She asked a judge for a temporary restraining order which requested a judge to order GG to keep 100 yards away from her and her two children.
