Love Island USA season 7 runners-up Nicolas ‘Nic’ Vansteenberghe and Olandria Carthen split last month, but were spotted together at Jordyn Woods and Karl-Anthony Towns’ wedding over the weekend.
Us Weekly asked Nic if he and Olandria had rekindled their romance at LIV Beach in Las Vegas. “We did enjoy ourselves tremendously at Karl and Jordan’s wedding last night. It was amazing.”
“I would love to tell you guys,” Nic said of a potential romance with O, “but I’ll keep that private for now.”
After the split, Nic shared his belief that people can always be friends with an ex. “If you end healthily, it’s cool. Sometimes it’s better to maybe not be friends. But in my case, we ended on a good note.”
Nic also shared advice for others who may face navigating a breakup. “Things will always get better. It’s rock bottom, but it’s about to climb,” he said.
In May, Nic and Olandria chose to take their ongoing romance away from the cameras to maintain privacy. “At this point, the critics and the critiques are just overdone. I’ve said all I need to say. At this point, it’s just about not giving it any more attention.”
The duo did, however, open up during a Glamour cover shoot in December 2025. They discussed how they dealt with life after appearing on the reality TV series and how they maintained boundaries in their relationship.
Olandria told the outlet that she found the aftermath of their on-screen stints far from easy. “It was kind of hard at first. These are the people that met us through a TV screen and watched us every single day for six weeks at a time. They’re hungry for more.”
