Real Housewives of New Jersey‘s Melissa Gorga was fortunate to walk away from a car accident with only bruises.
Though she’s still dealing with the shock, she’s going to be ok!
From the desk of Melissa Gorga:
“So, I got in a car accident today. I’ve never in my life been in this bad of an accident. I was at the dry cleaner, I pulled out, somebody came, T-boned me.”
“My airbags exploded and white powder started flying into my face from the airbags. The car was leaking something. I was so nervous. I couldn’t get out.”
She added, “I was in shock. My door wouldn’t open because of the airbag. I was scared that it was gonna blow up.”
Melissa continued, “I’m okay. The other car’s okay – thank God. My legs are all bruised up. I’m pretty bruised up everywhere pretty bad.” She panned the camera to show some bruises on her legs.
Melissa’s PSA:
“It could just happen to anyone at any time,” explained the mother of three. It was just a really scary day. I’m like shaky from it. And I just think it makes you count your blessings,” Melissa explained, still visibly upset from the incident.
“It could have ended up very differently, right? So, instead of being upset that I’m bruised up and I’m annoyed and my car’s wrecked, I am gonna be happy that I’m alive and that I came home to my kids tonight.”
