Meghan King and Jim Edmonds may be divorced, but the drama? Still going strong.
In newly released police bodycam footage from the Frontenac Police Department (obtained by Us Weekly), the Real Housewives of Orange County alum told officers that her ex-husband Jim was “emotionally abusive” during a heated confrontation at his Missouri home on May 1.
It was Jim’s wife, Kortnie, who called 911, telling officers Meghan allegedly entered their house without permission and was “causing a disturbance.”
According to the official report, Kortnie was listed as the “victim,” Meghan as the “subject,” and Jim as an “additional party.”
The paperwork also noted Meghan had been by the residence “several times throughout the day” before officers were dispatched.
Meghan told police she was there to drop off clothes for her daughter, Aspen — and that she had reached out to both Jim and Kortnie earlier in the day to coordinate. In her words, it was a simple parenting hand-off gone sideways.
Though Kortnie initially planned to press harassment charges, she later called the department back and decided not to move forward.
No arrests were made, but the tension was thick.
