Kyle Richards was ready to kill (hyperbolic) her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky, for his role in getting Alexia Umansky to compete alongside him on season 5 of Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test.
In an interview with Virtual Reali-Tea, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills OG shared her honest reaction to Mau and Alexia joining the upcoming season of FOX‘s physically, psychologically, and emotionally demanding competition show … not what a mom wants to hear!
Kyle revealed, “My first thought was, ‘I’m going to kill you, Mauricio.’ I was actually not happy at all.” The only ways out of the course are to quit, fail, or become too injured to continue.
“I was so worried about Alexia. I knew that [Mauricio] would do well or whatever (lol), but I was really worried about my daughter.” Kyle shared, “I didn’t like that she got sucked into that.”
Admittedly, Kyle experienced “a lot of sleepless nights” when Alexia and Mauricio were off filming the show in the jungles of Malaysia. “I kept texting the producers, saying, ‘Please, I need updates. Is my daughter OK? Is Mauricio OK? Just give me something.’”
Alexia, on the other hand, was “excited” to participate in the show. She takes her father’s “adventurous” spirit.
Alexia’s friend, Collin Gosselin, is slated to compete against The Agency agent and her dad. Here’s the full season 5 cast, icymi!
Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test season 5 premieres on Sept. 24 at 9 p.m. ET on FOX.
