The Traitors US runner up Maura Higgins is preparing for season 35 of Dancing With the Stars, and explained why she’s hoping to be partnered with ANYONE excepts for Gleb Savchenko.
Maura – who appeared on Love Island UK before hosting season 6 of Love Island USA’s Aftersun – is friends with Love Thy Nader‘s Brooks Nader, so she knows firsthand how Gleb treated his season 33 DWTS partner/girlfriend.
The Irish beauty told E! News her POV.
Maura’s “dream partner” is “Mark.” But, she noted, “I’d be happy with Val [Chmerkovskiy].”
“I’d be happy with anyone except Gleb. I’m loyal and I’m friends with Brooks. I really don’t like the way he speaks about women. I don’t want to spend all my time with someone like that. I’m like, ‘No. No thank you.'”
ICYMI, Gleb told Dakota Mortensen that Brooks was bad in bed while filming the Unwell Winter Games. “When I dated her, it was pretty bad. Probably the worst sex of my life.”
“She was so f*cked up. She wanted to make out with me, and I was like, ‘That’s not my vibe.’” Gleb concluded, “She choked me, pushed me against the wall, chipped my tooth.”
For what it’s worth, season 34 DWTS champ Robert Irwin thinks Maura can win season 35. Robert told PEOPLE, “I walked her out [to announce the season in April], and she was like, ‘I feel like this is a good omen. Like, this was you last year, you were the first announced.’ I’m like, ‘Yeah, I think the luck is on your side.’”
