Selling Sunset‘s Mary Bonnet doesn’t think Chrishell Stause handled herself like a real friend to Emma Hernan when she was dating Blake Davis.
Mary told Us Weekly why she found Chrishell’s clear disdain for Blake unfair to Emma.
Re: Chrishell’s beef with Blake … “[Emma’s] MAGA bf who told me pronouns are dumb. I just can’t with that. Too old to allow that in. But love her from afar.”
Mary called Chrishell out:
“As a friend, if you have somebody going through something like that, you need to be there for them and be the safe space.”
“You don’t desert a friend in their time of need, and you definitely don’t try to humiliate them by going public and telling all their secrets,” Mary vented. She noted that Chrishell should have pulled Emma aside to voice her concerns.
“That [public reaction] was uncalled for and very cruel,” Mary argued. “I asked her why because I don’t get it. I’ve always loved Chrishell, and I just don’t understand the reasoning for that. But people do things for different reasons.”
“[Emma] is a total sweetheart,” boasted Mary. “And who hasn’t been in a toxic relationship and chosen a bad guy and stayed there longer than they should?!”
“You just get swept up. But you need people to be there for you and to be strong for you and to show you your worth and not tear you down even more.”
