In her declaration, Annemarie claimed Marcellus subjected her to a “continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control and intimidation.”
She claimed Marcellus raped her in 2012 while he was intoxicated. Later that year, he tried to sleep with two of her friends. Court docs state, “In 2014, [Marcellus] punched [Annemarie] in the face and gave her a black eye. She said that when she was nine months pregnant in 2019, he threw a bottle of Coca-Cola at her head.”
Annemarie claims he also “struck her in the face with his shoes in August 2025. Five months later, Annemarie claimed he dragged her out of bed, berated her, and hit her on the head. “He then raped me, telling me that I was his property and that I had to do what he said.” She reported that he raped her a second time the same day, then again two days later.
As for his financial abuse, Annemarie claimed Marcellus borrowed $100K from her and hasn’t paid her back. He spent $100K on Annemarie’s credit card.
Additionally, Annemarie requested that the court grant her a restraining order to keep Marcellus 100 yards away from her. She said she “feared for her life and desperately needed a restraining order.” Annemarie currently has exclusive use of their L.A. home.
Marcellus denied the claims but was arrested for domestic violence.
