Love Island USA season 8 bombshell Sol Dean has a few things to say about her fellow Islanders.
During the Saturday, June 20 episode of Aftersun, Sol claimed OGs Melanie Moreno and Aniya Harvey felt “threatened” by her during her time in the villa.
“It doesn’t feel like people were even open to get to know me on a friendship level,” Sol admitted to hosts Tefi Pessoa and Ciara Miller.
“Two of the girls were almost, like, threatened by me.”
As viewers saw, Sol struggled to connect with some of the women in the villa, especially after pursuing Sincere, who was coupled up with the very fiery Melanie.
When Ciara and Tefi pressed her to “name names,” Sol revealed she was referring to Melanie and Aniya — whose partners had shown interest in getting to know her.
“There was some weird tension,” Sol continued.
“The girls are feeling some type of way when their boys are pulling me for a chat.”
Sol felt the women were directing more frustration toward her as a bombshell — whose job is literally to shake things up — than toward the men pursuing her.
“Go check your man. That has nothing to do with me, respectfully,” Sol said.
