Lisa Hochstein’s legal battle with Lenny just took another turn.
The Real Housewives of Miami star and her ex-boyfriend, Jody Glidden, are both facing charges tied to alleged illegal recordings.
According to court docs obtained by Page Six, Jody was arrested last month and charged with one count of interception of wire, oral, or electronic communications.
Lisa is facing the same charge.
Attorneys for both parties are pushing back.
“This matter is part of a contentious divorce proceeding and does not belong in criminal court,” Lisa’s lawyer Jayne Weintraub, along with Jody’s attorneys Howard Srebnick and Frank Gaviria, said in a statement.
Per the docs, between March 12 and March 31, 2023, Lisa and Jody allegedly “unlawfully and intentionally” intercepted, attempted to intercept, or had someone else attempt to intercept conversations involving Lisa’s ex-husband, Leonard “Lenny” Hochstein, as well as people he was speaking with.
ICYMI: Lenny filed for divorce from Lisa in May 2022 after 12 years of marriage, kicking off a very messy and very public split.
By March 2023, Lisa had gone public with Jody as her new man while still in the middle of divorce proceedings.
And yet, cameras won’t even be capturing this mess since Bravo reportedly “pressed pause” on the Miami franchise.
