According to Lisa Barlow, RHOSLC is shaking things up!
During an interview with Us Weekly, the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City star teased a “fresher,” more “intimate” season.
“This season feels so different, it’s so fresh,” Lisa said at the 2026 American Music Awards red carpet.
“You’ll get an inside look at each of us as individuals.”
Unlike prior seasons, season 7 will reportedly shift focus from the group as a whole and zoom in on the cast’s respective families.
“I have like wanted more layers to show the depth and the dimension to all of us over the last six years.”
The RHOSLC star is looking forward to fans seeing the “raw” Lisa — which she doesn’t think has necessarily translated on screen.
“There’s so much more than just me in the friend group, and I think you’re going to see a lot more of that.”
To Lisa’s point, historically the jaw dropping moments from past seasons have happened during large group dinners or cast trips.
We don’t often really see the women living their day-to-day lives.
I also have to wonder if Mary Cosby losing her son, Robert Jr., earlier this year contributed to the more intimate scenes and smaller group dynamics.
