Lindsay Hubbard has gone full momma bear mode against her Summer House costar.
On the Mention It All podcast, the new mom poked fun at West Wilson for insinuating she would not be returning for season 10 after welcoming her daughter, Gemma.
West also teased he wouldn’t be open to babysitting.
She’s activated
Lindsay reminded the newbie that he got on the show because of her. Not literally, but because of the work she’s put in these past nine seasons.
“The problem I’m having is I just became a mother and this is my job and I need to be a provider for my daughter. And you going around being like, ‘there’s no way’ is not really helpful and is actually really hurtful.”
Lindsay is currently dating, and welcomed a child with Turner Kufe, a biotech investor.
However, she aspires to be financially independent and have the ability to provide for her daughter on her own.
As season nine is currently airing, no one knows the future of Summer House. Not even West, Lindsay jokes.
“If you want to go, let’s f-cking have a media war. I’m down. I am so down for a media war with West Wilson.”
Lindsay’s partner in crime, Gabby Prescod, came to her costar’s defense, “She’s like, I have nothing to do but take care of my daughter and fight with you online.”

Many fans have pointed out the obvious pipeline from Summer House to the Real Housewives of New York.
Bravo is actively searching for its dream ensemble. And wouldn’t Lindsay Hubbard make good sense as the franchise struggles to revive itself?
I know Lindsay is quite polarizing — you love her, or you love to hate watch her, but I align with the former.
Hubbs is good TV and she’s proven herself the last nine years on Summer House. I’m here for her to transition to Housewives as she outgrows the party house.
