Lexi Sundin is answering one of her most frequently asked questions — where is her accent from?
The In The City star took the opportunity to address her “accent” once and for all during an Instagram Q&A.
“This has to be one of my most asked questions. I’m American,” Lexi clarified on July 8.
In addition to being married to an Italian (and learning the language herself), Lexi revealed she grew up in Arizona, Hawaii, and Georgia.
“I think after spending so much time in Italy around people who aren’t native English speakers, I naturally started speaking a little slower so it was easier to understand me,” Lexi continued.
Andrea’s wife also admitted to having a “bad habit” of picking up the accents of those closest to her.
“So I guess I have an accent now,” she joked.
ICYMI: Lexi and Andrea Denver reconnected in 2022 and tied the knot just two years later in Italy in June 2024.
Now, the couple is expecting their first child this September!
