Lala Kent opened up about her rapid weight loss after breaking up with her fiancé, Randall Emmett.
The Vanderpump Rules alum dated Randall for three years before he popped the question. The couple got engaged in 2018, and then split in 2021 after he allegedly cheated.
“Brittany, you remember, I was down to like 90 pounds,” Lala revealed on the When Reality Hits podcast. “I couldn’t eat. I was not well.”
“That was the most horrendous time of my life. To the point where even when I go into West Hollywood, it gives me a pit in my stomach. I have to remind myself like, you’re okay, that time of your life is over, and you’re on the other side, like it’s over, it’s gone.”
The new mother of two has one child with her ex, a daughter, Ocean, who recently had her fourth birthday party.
Lala admits she has to constantly remind herself she has moved on from that dark time.
“I love being like, ‘Your someone else’s problem.’ I never have to deal with him ever again!”
The co-parents also recently came to a custody agreement for Ocean. Lala didn’t reveal what the actual arrangement was, just that she’s very happy with it.
Although, the Bravoleb regarded the beginning of their co-parenting journey as “mental torture.”
Now they are a well oiled machine and have adjusted to their new normal.
Love her or hate her, you can’t help but celebrate this win.
