Summer House star Kyle Cooke joined a conversation on Threads questioning how close he and his former co-star, West Wilson, actually were.
A Bravoholic wondered about the authenticity of West and Kyle’s friendship, considering West never went to Kyle and his now-estranged wife, Amanda Batula‘s, apartment. “People have been saying West’s betrayal of Kyle was massive because of their close friendship.”
“They’ve also said Kyle is a super sleuth for asking West if he’s been to his apartment/met his dog, like the dog is the ‘smoking gun.’ If West and Kyle were so close, why WOULDN’T West have been to their apartment? Why wouldn’t their dog know him?”
“Is that not a requirement for best friendship? Truly I don’t consider someone a CLOSE friend unless they come over, sat with me in my bed, and know my cat,” concluded the curious Summer House fan.
Kyle slipped into the comments to reply. “I couldn’t invite ANY friends over for years due to the embarrassing state of our apartment.”
The Loverboy Founder and DJ opened up on a season 10 episode about Amanda’s messy living habits. “There are so many things that Amanda and I need to talk about. She smokes weed every single night. My apartment smells like a frat house. It looks like a frat house because she’s chaotically living.”
The camera then cut to Kyle and Amanda’s apartment, showing dirty ashtrays, piles of clothing, and stuff. “I can’t even hire a cleaning company. There’s too much sh*t.”
“It’s like the series of the hoarders,” concluded Kyle.
As seen on the surprise Aftermath episode, West visited Kyle at home, and it was clear that Kyle and Amanda’s dog, Reese, was well acquainted with West … AWKWARD!
