Kim Zolciak’s ex Kroy Biermann is reportedly seeking sole custody of their four minor children.
The exes – who appeared on Real Housewives of Atlanta together – split in 2024 and have been fighting in court ever since.
Legal deets:
TMZ reported that Kroy asked a Georgia state judge to “immediately change the pair’s current joint custody arrangement.”
The former NFL player is reportedly seeking primary custody of his and Kim’s children KJ, Kash, and twins Kaia and Kane. Kim has two adult daughters – Brielle, and Ariana – from previous relationships, who Kroy legally adopted during their marriage.
According to Kroy, Kim had exhibited “blatant mismanagement of basic parenting responsibilities would be practically unbelievable to anyone not familiar with the circumstances.”
He alleged that Kim has been out of the country and has failed to exercise her parenting time. He also claimed that during one evening when Kim had the children, one of the minors was bitten by a dog.
How we got here:
The exes tied the knot in November 2011 and called it quits 12 years later.
Last year, their estate was finally sold after a year on the market.
“Kim and Kroy managed to find a buyer just in time. The mansion was on the brink of going to auction in December, but it never happened.” They managed to delay foreclosure on the estate multiple times.
