The Biermann legal woes continue — this time with Kroy.
Us Weekly obtained court documents stating Kroy Biermann was ordered to pay more than $64,000 in connection with a gambling debt stemming from a November 2021 trip to the Bahamas.
After Kroy allegedly defaulted on the debt, the company is now coming to collect in Georgia.
Sky Warrior, which handles credit lines at the Baha Mar Casino in the Bahamas, filed a request to transfer the case from New Jersey to Georgia in December 2025.
A Fulton County judge signed off on the request on March 17.
“The foreign judgment awards [Sky Warrior] the sum of $52,500, plus prejudgment interest, together with $11,927.35 in attorneys’ fees and costs,” the ruling stated.
Additional court documents show the former NFL player was served with the post-judgment order at his home on August 28 — just days after KJ’s August 17 arrest.
Kroy was originally sued in 2023 over a $100,000 line of credit he obtained from Sky Warrior to use at Baha Mar Casino.
The company claimed he spent $52,500 in chip markers to gamble and failed to pay the money back before leaving, despite allegedly claiming he had funds in his SunTrust bank account to cover the repayment.
“Despite multiple demands, Biermann has failed and refused to pay the Outstanding Amount,” the original lawsuit stated.
“Biermann’s refusal to pay… constitutes a breach of the Credit Agreement.”

The former couple’s money woes date back years before their final divorce filing in February 2025 — which is still ongoing.
The exes and their family were even forced out of their Alpharetta home by U.S. marshals in April 2025.
