ICYMI:
Drama unfolded at Kim’s 2011 wedding to ex-husband Kroy Biermann after Karen and Kroy got into a huge argument over whether or not she could use a private restroom in the Biermann’s in loo of the porta-potties on site.
Kim and Karen’s relationship has always been rocky. At the time of the wedding, Kim and her stylist, Shun Melson, were filmed discussing whether or not Karen would even attend.
During an episode of RHOA’s spinoff, Don’t Be Tardy, Kim promised she would never speak to her mother again.
The episode began with a dramatic phone call between Kim’s daughter Brielle Biermann and Karen. At the time, Briella attempted to make plans to see her grandparents for the first time in more than five years. She was told, “It’s just not gonna work,” by Karen.
Kim popped off about her mom. “I’m not surprised she answered my dad’s phone. She’s like super controlling, always has been. She’s got his hands cuffed.”
Later, she revealed Karen didn’t have an appropriate response after her son Kash was hospitalized following a dog bite. “My mom texted me when this sh*t happened with Kash. My mom knows where I live. You could have sent a card.”
“I will not let her back into my life, let’s just be clear,” Kim vowed.
