Don’t Be Tardy alums Kim Zolciak and her estranged husband Kroy Biermann were seen out and about town – separately – after news of their son, KJ Biermann, was booked on multiple charges of sexual assault against a fellow minor.
TMZ posted photos of Kim and Kroy in Georgia while Kroy Jr. remains behind bars without bail.
Kim, a former star of Real Housewives of Atlanta, was photographed behind the wheel in Alpharetta days after news broke that her 15-year-old son had been arrested.
The mother of six strongly defended her son, claiming the allegations are false and saying he passed a polygraph test. She added the alleged victim has made “similar allegations involving two other people, which raises serious concerns that deserve to be carefully examined.” Kim’s claim about the alleged victim has not been verified.
Kroy Biermann was spotted for the first time since his eldest son’s arrest. He appeared to be handling some business on his phone while picking up his son, Kash, from football practice. Kroy kept an eye on his phone and a look of concentration on his face.
ICYMI, KJ was arrested for aggravated sodomy and aggravated sexual battery.
Fulton County Georgia Juvenile Court papers indicate that a female classmate of KJ’s accused him of assaulting her in a gym changing area at the Life Time Fitness in Alpharetta, Georgia, on April 23.
The victim claimed to officials that, “while in a co-ed sauna, KJ forced himself on her despite her saying no.” KJ allegedly attempted “multiple times to have sexual intercourse with her by trying to pull down her pants.”
She “accused KJ of forcing oral sex and digitally penetrating her vagina.” When she “finally managed to get away from him, he pulled up his pants and left.”
