A psych evaluation was performed on Kim Richards after she claimed her cat was stolen … then ‘rambled’ about her issues with her sister, Kyle Richards.
According to reports from TMZ, the former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star got a visit from LAPD at a house owned by Kyle.
Kim, Kyle, and a missing cat:
“Cops say Kim told police someone had taken her cat — only to later return it — before she began rambling about ongoing issues with Kyle. This behavior set off alarm bells for officers at the scene.” So, they “called the mental health team to come and evaluate” Kim.
The mental health evaluation team concluded that “Kim did not meet the criteria for an involuntary hold because they felt she didn’t represent a harm to herself or others.”
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene but departed shortly after. No one required medical transport.
Cops took no further action regarding the cat complaint.

In September, law enforcement told TMZ, “Kim was at a Hilton Hotel in the L.A. area and was incoherent.” Kyle was there, too. After the cops arrived, Kim was asked to leave, but she refused. “Kim was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold and taken by ambulance to a hospital.”
Sources say that Kyle told them Kim is “in deep trouble over her sobriety” Allegedly, Kim’s drinking has gotten so out of control, “the family is worried about her very survival.”
Later in the month, Kim’s family was forced to show her “tough love” after she fell “off the wagon.” Kim was placed on a psych hold after getting a call from a concerned neighbor (at the home Kyle owns).
“The neighbors were concerned about Kim’s behavior in the past.”
“Kyle had let Kim live in the house but she moved out a while back.” But, Kim returned. “Law enforcement says Kyle told them she did not want Kim in the house. The family had cut all contact off in hopes it would shake Kim and get her sober again.” Allegedly, cops explained to the Bravo TV star it was a civil matter. Also, she would be responsible to file an eviction action against her sister.
