Former Real Housewives of New Jersey personality Kim DePaola posted an insensitive video of herself dancing to Marvin Gaye’s “What’s Going On” while flashing headlines about Hayden Panetierre, Milania Giudice, KJ Biermann, Presley Gerber, and others in the background.
As Marvin Gaye croons, ‘Mother Mother,’ Kim showed a split screen of Teresa Giudice and Mary Cosby, two mothers with children who have struggled with mental health. Teresa’s daughter, Milania was recently arrested, while Mary’s son, Robert Jr., passed earlier this year after battling substance abuse.
As Kim showed off her moves, she added more headlines to her edit, including the seven Cornell r*pists.
The intense, immediate backlash led Kim D to turn off comments for the post.
Kim did however clap back at those who thought she was “dancing.” She took to her IG story to “make something very clear.”
She described fentanyl as “warfare” and said she was personally affected by the loss of a loved one to the drug. “I did the video to open eyes.”
“Anyone who thinks I would do that to celebrate, you are the haters. You are the vile people.”
