It’s been alleged that Kenya Moore will sue Bravo TV for firing her for “revenge porn” while Tom Sandoval not only got to keep his job, but was rewarded monetarily as a result of his “invasion of privacy” against Rachel (Rocky) Leviss.
The allegation:
A “revealed” blind item from CrazyDaysAndNights.net alleged, “This suspended Housewife is going to file a discrimination lawsuit against the network because they’ve done nothing to set the bar star who did the same thing. In fact, his salary was doubled. Revealed- Kenya Moore/Bravo/Revenge Porn/Tom Sandoval (and today Kenya said she is weighing her legal options).”

Tom’s Scandoval saga isn’t the only instance “revenge porn” was brought up on the network. In addition to Tom recording Rachel masturbating without her consent, the former beauty pageant filed a lawsuit against Ariana Madix. Rachel claims the Love Island USA host spread the XXX video, but no one has claimed to have seen it. Additionally, Ariana and her lawyer agreed to allow Rachel’s legal team have full access to her phone records, so it doesn’t seem like there’s much of a case against VPR’s blonde beauty.
There’s more. Former Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Danielle Staub, recently reminded her social media followers how the RHONJ husbands gathered to watch an explicit video of her while their wives were away.

- The irony in all of this. Kenya went around talking about defending Bravo against Nene. Now, she is in the same boat. Wow!
- I’m definitely not defending Tom but he DID NOT DO WHAT KENYA DID! He had a private video on his phone that Ariana unfortunately found, and Rachel didn’t know he recorded her abc that’s why she’s suing him. He didn’t make a public spectacle of her in front of a room full of people.
- While she was wrong, they held her to a standard that they used for ratings in Tom’s case. They love to hold Black women accountable.
