Kenya Moore’s hair spa is facing major financial trouble.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has been ordered to pay more than $87,000 in a legal battle over alleged unpaid rent and utilities tied to her Atlanta salon.
According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a Georgia judge ordered Kenya’s company, Moore Vision Media, to pay $43,988 by late February and another $43,988.67 by late March, totaling $87,976.
The judge also ruled that the company must continue paying roughly $5,500 per month in rent unless or until the business vacates the property.
However, just weeks after the ruling, the landlord — Northland Chamblee LLC — claimed Moore’s company failed to make the first court-ordered payment by the deadline and requested immediate possession of the space.
The court has not yet ruled on that request.
ICYMI: Kenya opened the Kenya Moore Hair Spa in 2024.
Her landlord filed suit in October 2025, alleging the business stopped paying rent as early as December 2024.
The RHOA star’s rep denied the allegations, arguing the landlord failed to complete agreed-upon property improvements.
The irony isn’t lost on me that the very salon where Kenya’s Season 16 suspension occurred could really use that same Bravo paycheck right about now.
