JT aka Jarrett Thomas attempts to “clear his name” once again.
So far on Southern Charm, JT was accused of calling Patricia Altschul a “b-tch” by Craig Conover. On the most recent episode, Ryan Albert claimed JT referred to Venita Aspen as “some black girl.”
Venita is now claiming she spent $5,000 on her “best friend” despite him being in a relationship — furthering the narrative she wasn’t aware he was dating someone.
ICYMI: Venita caught flack this season for knowingly pursuing JT despite him having a girlfriend.
We later found out that Branzino night, aka the night he told Ventia about Ally, happened after the cast trip to the Bahamas. Not before like the editing of the show suggested.
Yesterday, Us Weekly published a story that called out Venita Aspen’s claim from the Southern Charm After Show.
“Imagine having a girlfriend and then having your best friend spend $5,000 on you,” she said to Leva Bonaparte during the After Show.
Your honor I’m innocent
JT jumped to his own defense and commented on Us Weekly’s IG post.
“umm.. we are/were best friends, I forgot my credit card in her car by accident, was hobbling with a cane a few days after a major ATV crash, and paypal’d her back in full after she insisted I/we not hobble me back to the car to get the card and hobble back. this is fun..”
The real estate agent posted a screenshot of him reimbursing his bestie for the full amount.
I really don’t know what to make of this situation. I don’t think Venita would ever knowingly throw herself at someone who is in a serious relationship.
That said, we have to be missing a major piece of the puzzle. She even said during that same After Show episode she thought she would marry JT…he even met her mom!
Something ain’t right.
