Heather and Dr. Terry Dubrow‘s Beverly Hills mansion is SOLD thanks to Million Dollar Listing LA‘s Josh Altman and Josh Flagg.
TMZ reported the Real Housewives of Orange County stars’ home sold for $16.5 million.
Fancy Pants’ fancy pad:
“The deal closed Monday on the 9,000-square-foot estate, which boasts stunning ocean views along with 5 bedrooms and 9 bathrooms.”
The estate formerly known as ‘Chateau Dubrow’ also features a full-size tennis court, pool, and massive terrace.
The buyer saw the listed property while scrolling Instagram and reached out to Josh Flagg. A source spilled, “They were actually in escrow to buy the pad once before, but backed out at the last minute. That’s when Heather and Terry scooped it up.”
ICYMI, the Dubrows’ mansion hit the market in March for $25M. The famed plastic surgeon and the RHOC star purchased the home for $16M.
Downsizing the Dubrows:
During RHOC Season 19, Episode 4, Heather opened up about why she and Terry decided to sell the home. In addition to asbestos, the couple only have one kid, Ace, living at home still.
During a confessional, Heather admitted, “First, I thought of this as a failure because I can’t imagine not seeing the project through to the end. But, the more I think about this house, the more I realize how not viable it truly is for our family.”
“The universe is telling us to go elsewhere,” considering their three adult children live around the country.
