The child endangerment case against Joseph and Kendra Duggar is on pause – and potentially dismissed – (no) thanks to an Arkansas judge.
TMZ reported that “a judge has placed the case under advisement until a review hearing set for August 4, 2027. It’s unclear what prompted the judge” to make this decision.
Per the court order, Joseph and Kendra cannot commit any new offenses during the advisement period. They have to maintain good behavior. “The pair must pay $1,850 each in fines and costs to the court.” If the Duggars comply with the order, prosecutors agree to dismiss the charges against them.
Former 19 Kids and Counting star Joseph Duggar faces felony child molestation charges in Florida stemming from a 2020 incident, alongside child endangerment and false imprisonment charges in Arkansas with his wife, Kendra. In August 2026, the couple had their Arkansas misdemeanor/felony counts diverted for 12 months under a plea-by-order agreement.
