Joe Giudice is hoping for a second chance—straight from the top.
The former Real Housewives of New Jersey husband took to Instagram with a plea directed at President Donald Trump, asking for a presidential pardon that would allow him to return to the United States.
ICYMI: Joe was deported to Italy in 2019 after completing a 41-month prison sentence for wire and bankruptcy fraud.
Despite living in the U.S. since he was a toddler, the Italian never became a citizen—making him eligible for deportation under U.S. immigration law following a felony conviction.
In the years since, Joe has relocated to the Bahamas to be geographically closer to his four daughters—Gia, Gabriella, Milania, and Audriana.
But now, he’s making it clear: he wants to come home.
“I’m Joe Giudice. I served my time, and I’ve been deported from the U.S. for nearly a decade,” he said.
“I was raised in Jersey, I’m a father of four amazing daughters, and I just want to be allowed to visit them again. President Trump, I respect you and I’m asking for a second chance.”
