Former Real Housewives Jill Zarin and Taylor Armstrong shared their distain with Bad Bunny‘s Super Bowl halftime show with their social media followers.
Jill posted – then deleted – the following message:
The Real Housewives of New York alum told her Instagram followers “It was the worst halftime show ever.”
“It’s 250 years we are celebrating of the United States, and I just don’t think it was appropriate to have it in Spanish. And, quite frankly, I don’t need to see him grabbing his ‘G’ area, I think it was totally inappropriate.”
Jill, who was recently cast on E!’s The Golden Years, continued, “You’ve got all these young kids watching the Super Bowl and he doesn’t have to be grabbing himself every five seconds because he’s so insecure? Seriously.”
“I didn’t understand; I don’t speak Spanish. I would have liked knowing the words he was saying.”
“To me, it looked like a political statement. There were literally no white people in the entire thing. I think it was a political statement. I’m not taking a side one way or the other, I just do. I think it was an ICE thing. I think the NFL sold out. It’s very sad because it’s 75 years. Shame. SHAME.”
Hilariously, Jill’s vitriol spilled over to one of Bad Bunny’s guest performers. Nipped and tucked herself, Jill barked, “And Lady Gaga got a facelift.”
Again, Jill removed her vlog, but @bravo4therestofus’s screen grab will live forever.
Taylor stood ten toes down in her racism:
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills personality used the infamous cat from her meme to ask her followers, “Were you entertained?” Taylor is “embarrassed” for the NFL for giving a Spanish-speaking citizen a platform to celebrate his American culture.
Unlike Jill, Taylor didn’t delete her IG story after she started receiving backlash.
