Jessi Draper is finally spilling the tea on the plastic surgery that had social media in absolute shambles.
Just before Christmas, the Mormon Wives star revealed she went under the knife and the post op photos were…shocking.
Of the cast, Jessi has always been the most open about her cosmetic procedures and how often she gets them done.
But this time around, viewers are wondering if she’s trying to morph into her former friend Demi Engemann follwing her drastic appearance change.
So what did she get done?
The mom of two revealed she underwent both an upper and lower bleph — a cosmetic eyelid surgery that removes or repositions excess skin, fat, and muscle to rejuvenate the eyes.
She said she wasn’t even able to see for two full days while wearing protective goggles post op.
But, the most shocking part of her transformation came from a procedure called facial grafting.
A small liposuction incision was made on her upper thigh, and then, fat was injected into her face.
According to Jessi, it’s a better option than filler because it doesn’t migrate.
After dissolving her filler and losing 15 pounds at the same time, her face started looking “hollow.”
This ultimately pushed her to go the grafting route.
Per the MomToker, recovery takes about 5–6 weeks to feel normal again and completely settles around the 3–6 month mark.
After receiving a wave of hate comments over her post op photos, Jessi wanted to make it very clear:
She did not get a facelift.
“I just think it’s so funny people were like freaking out that I did something to my face because this is essentially the same thing as getting filler,” she said.
The pressure of being in the public eye — combined with viewers calling her “masculine” — has only intensified her desire to alter her appearance.
At the end of the day, it’s her face and she’s the one who has to live in it!
