Real Housewives of Orange County star Shannon Beador joined Jeff Lewis on Jeff Lewis Live and debriefed about the cast’s trip to Amsterdam … specifically, some of the ladies’ wardrobe choices.
Jeff provided his Fashion Police-esque commentary:
The former Flipping Out star asked Shannon, “How do we get the message across to your castmates that they need to start dressing more appropriately?”
“The Amsterdam outfits were unbelievable.”
Shannon informed Jeff and his audience that the cast was encouraged to push the style boundaries with Amsterdam in mind.
So, ‘Madame’ Shannon paired black leather leggings with over-the-knee boots and a long-sleeved blouse. … I think it’s safe to say Shannon had at least two pairs of Spanx on underneath, and we love her for it! (Also, Shannon Beador needs a Spanx partnership STAT.)
“I just think a lot of your castmates dress very inappropriately,” he emphasized.
Some of the ladies joined Shannon in going on the more covered – still sexy – route, while some of their castmates dared to bare!
Jeff’s Fashion Police Arrests:
While Jeff didn’t NAME ‘EM, fans flooded the comments with criticism of Tamra Judge, Jennifer Pedranti, Gina Kirschenheiter, and Emily Simpson‘s wardrobe choices.
Jeff made it crystal clear he thought the looks were a major miss. “I feel like, dress your age. It’s time to start covering up.”
Again, Shannon defended her castmates. She reminded Jeff that they were told to dress for Amsterdam. It was “arranged that we had some windows in the Red Light District” so they dressed for that particular outing.
RHOC fan reactions:
- At least Heather, Gretchers (lol) and Shannon looked good….
- I’m a firm believer that women should dress how they want … but sometimes we miss the mark 😉💐,
- Shannon’s comments make sense and explain their outfits
- We deserve hazard pay for having to see so much of Tamra when she was under the table in those booty shorts
- They should wear what they want to wear, regardless of what anyone thinks. Jeff should drink a big glass of stfu when it comes to what women of ANY age are wearing.
- Leave something to the imagination my gawd
