Jax Taylor clapped back at Lala Kent‘s claim that he doesn’t help his estranged wife, Brittany Cartwright, with their son, Cruz.
In a recent interview, the Valley’s villain disagreed with the former Vanderpump Rules personality on his involvement regarding his son.
Jax is activated:
“Lala said on Heather McDonald’s podcast recently that I don’t help Brittany at all, and I basically do nothing. “And, Jax continued, that Brittany “does it all.”
“I have to disagree. Lala has not been around in a very long time,” clarified Jax. The only time I’ve seen [Lala] around is at Brittany’s birthday party.”
“I don’t know why she would say that. It’s 100% not true. Right now, I see Cruz every other day – three or four times a week with him. I take him to school. I don’t know what else I can do at the moment until the divorce is final, but I see him at least three times a week.” Jax added, “I help out as much as I can.”
“I don’t understand on speaking on other people’s kids. Lala doesn’t know what’s going on behind closed doors. She worded it, ‘I basically do nothing.’ That’s 100% not true. I help as much as I can that Brittany allows me. That’s all I can do. I’m the father. She’s the mother. She calls the shots.”

Late last month, Lala dished about Brittany and Jax’s co-parenting relationship. “Just what [Brittany] does regularly for her life … Jax is not helpful.”
“He does not contribute in any way, shape or form.” The mother of two made it clear, “I don’t care if he hears me say that either. This is a fact.”
Brittany, on the other hand, “wakes up, hustles her *ss off, and provides for her son. I just have a lot of respect for her,” added Lala.
